Our Ethics

Our Ethics

We believe technology should respect the same principles we expect from people.

VoiceClimax exists to explore sexuality, fantasy, intimacy, and storytelling. Because we operate in an intimate domain, we believe the way the technology is built matters just as much as the stories it creates.

01

We believe sex should be consensual. We believe that principle should extend to the technology used to create sexual content.

Consent is therefore not something we consider only after a story has been generated. It is part of how we design the system.

Our characters are fictional. Our voices are synthetic. We do not build VoiceClimax around reproducing the identity or voice of a real person. We prohibit the unauthorized impersonation of identifiable people because someone's identity should not become a sexual asset simply because technology makes it possible.

Our goal is to make fantasy without requiring a real person to become part of it.

02

Synthetic by design

We deliberately use synthetic characters and synthetic voices.

There is an important difference between creating a fictional character and taking the identity of a real person and placing them into a fictional sexual scenario. We choose the former.

That is why we consider synthetic voices an ethical feature, not merely a technical convenience. The system does not need to pretend that a real actor, celebrity, partner, or other identifiable person is speaking when they are not.

03

Your fantasies are not our training data

Your private fantasies belong to you.

We do not use user prompts, generated stories, generated audio, or other user content to train our AI models.

When we train or develop our own voice models, we use data that we have deliberately selected and controlled for that purpose. User-generated content is kept separate from that training process.

We think this distinction matters particularly for an adult service. A private fantasy should not quietly become somebody else's training dataset.

04

Privacy is part of the product

Erotic content is inherently personal. Privacy is therefore not an optional feature or a marketing preference.

Your generated stories and audio are private by default. We do not sell your personal information or generated content, and we do not build a business around turning private fantasies into advertising data.

We collect and process information because a service has to function, but we try to keep that processing connected to an actual purpose rather than collecting data simply because it might someday be useful.

05

Smaller by choice

We also choose to remain a small team.

We do not believe every technology company needs to grow as large as possible, hire hundreds of people, build enormous infrastructure, or maximize every available metric.

A smaller team lets us keep the product closer to the people building it, make decisions more deliberately, and avoid adding infrastructure and complexity simply for the sake of scale.

For us, sustainability also means asking whether we need to build something at all.

06

CPU-first, where it makes sense

AI does not have to mean using the largest possible model and the largest possible GPU cluster for every task.

Where technically appropriate, we use CPU-first inference and smaller, efficient models. This can reduce the amount of specialized accelerator infrastructure required for workloads that do not need it.

We do not claim that CPUs are automatically greener in every circumstance. Instead, we try to match computational resources to the actual task rather than defaulting to the most resource-intensive solution available.

We also use existing AI foundations where doing so makes more sense than training another massive model from scratch. We would rather reuse capable infrastructure than unnecessarily reproduce the enormous computational cost of foundation-model training.

07

We train voices ourselves when we train them

When we develop and train our own voice models, the training process happens in-house.

We do not train our voice models on VoiceClimax users' private content. Our voice-model training uses synthetic data.

This gives us a much clearer boundary between the people using the product and the data used to build the technology behind it.

08

We don't want to build a payment trap

We also think the way an AI product charges people is part of its ethics.

We do not want VoiceClimax to depend on confusing subscriptions, dark patterns, forgotten automatic renewals, or aggressive credit-card extraction.

Our supporter model reflects a different idea: people who value the project can support it, and that support helps us pay for the infrastructure required to keep building it.

We would rather have people consciously support something they value than make money by making cancellation difficult or turning every interaction into an opportunity to charge another card.

09

Responsible AI means looking at the whole system

For us, ethics is not a checkbox added to an AI product after it has been built.

It includes the stories we allow, the identities we represent, the data we collect, the data we refuse to train on, the voices we create, the infrastructure we use, the amount of computation we consume, the size of the team we maintain, and even the way we ask people to pay for the service.

We are not trying to claim that technology can be perfectly ethical.

We are trying to make deliberate choices about the things we can control.

Consent. Privacy. Fiction instead of impersonation. Synthetic voices instead of stolen identities. User data kept out of training. Efficient infrastructure instead of unnecessary computation. A small team instead of growth for its own sake. And a business model that asks people to support the product rather than trapping them into paying for it.

That is what responsible AI means to us.
